Our interest in a new housing was not all that pressing. We were shopping around mostly for lots that were larger than those in our neighborhood. We found Diana to be very friendly and helpful.
We were interested in building in an area of Oakbrook that was not fully developed. During the next few months, Diana kept us continually apprised on the progress of the roads and utilities. Had she not kept us informed as to what was going on in Oakbrook (as was the case with the other builder we spoke with in the development), we probably would not have actively pursued building.
When it came time to choose a house design, Diana was again very intuitive. The plans being offered in the Oakbrook development didn't exactly match the needs that we were expressing. Instead of giving up on us, Diana located a plan being built in another development by her builder. She arranged for us to see the home for ourselves during several stages of its construction. Being able to see the house really helped us to make our decision.
During all phases of the process Diana was readily available for questions and assistance--from writing up the contract to arranging the closing, and beyond. We really feel like we couldn't have done it without her!
